I don't think the name should stand alone in English since it's the name of a product.

The translation I was doing was indeed for ING and it looks like you are right in that "otona no otoshidama" is an insurance product offered by them through Risona bank. I have since submitted the translation, but will recommend it remain as per the Japanese ("Otona no Otoshidama"). Thank you!"

If this is related to life insurance in specific, then it is probably the name of personal pension insurance (financial product) that was jointly produced and issued by ING Life and Resona in 2005. You might also want to do a search under "大人のお年玉 , ＩＮＧ."
The original meaning of "Otoshidama" is as everyone has said "treat" usually in the form of money to be given to children, and so Resona is trying to state that this financial product is a treat for yourself. This product seems to be variable annuity, please read the link.

As you probably already know, お年玉 is a New Year's gift that kids in Japan receive (usually money). Well when adult's get it, they specifically refer to it as 大人のお年玉.
