typo This cannot be anything other than a typo for "il tutto". "il tutto con promessa della piena ratifica" is a stock phrase used time and time again for these types of declarations.

Thanks Lorraine I think you're right. It must be a typo for "Il tutto". Otherwise it doesn't make sense at all. Thanks!!

Mysteriouser and mysteriouser..... the legge 541/92 is about publicizing medicines to the public and to specialists..... 'fitto' seems to make no sense. Could it have been mistyped for Il tutto? Or another attempt: 'fitto' in my dictionary as 'prezzo fissato' - the previous piece authorized signatures up to a certain amount with joint or individual signatures.... Boh!
