German to English Bus/Financial Law: Contract(s)

The term is only used in a list of encumbrances on properties. In this case, Grundbuch abt. III; EUR (Betrag); brieflose Grundschuld für die NAME DER BANK.

I get from other explanations found via Google that it's a "Grundschuld ohne Brief" instead of a "verbriefte Grundschuld" or a "Sicherungshypothek", but this still leaves me puzzled as to how to put it in English.

Am I safe to say it's the same thing as a "Buchgrundschuld" or "land charge without certificate" (and I found on dict.cc) in contrast to a "Briefgrundschuld"?
