Discussion
Taky je otázka, jestli se třeba - v úžeji pojaté - právnické terminologii třeba zákonům apod. neříká třeba legislativa a té sekundární "omáčce" legislativní dokumentace (kterýžto pojem pak v obecnějším diskursu může mít širší význam). Ale to jen mudruju... :)
Viz např. str. 4, bod 4.2.2.1 zde:
"Legislativní dokumentace... legislativní podklady (zákony, vyhlášky)... aktualizace potřebné dokumentace..."

Tedy myslím, že leg. dok. má širší (absolutní) význam (nebo tak aspoň může být vnímána) - nemusí jít jen o texty o zákonech, ale i zákony samotné. Tento širší záběr se IMHO pro definici v mém návrhu nehodí, a pro kontext také ne (laws jsou zmíněny samostatně), proto navrhuji možná krkolomnější, ale snad výstižnější termín.
