The expectation and intent of the Parties in entering this Agreement is that in exchange for the mutual rights, duties and obligations contained herein, Contractor shall coordinate appropriate promotional activities throughout the Area of Representation, with a view of developing and increasing the number of issued visitors to Tahiti and her Islands.
