Portuguese to English Tech/Engineering Construction / Civil Engineering Brasil
This is in the section dealing with explosives and detonation. I know "faiscante" can be flashy, scintillating, sparkling, fiery, and that of course "antifaiscantes" is the opposite; however, I believe there must be another meaning for it to make sense in the avoidance of these materials with explosives.
