English term
pursued or granted
English
Law/Patents
Law: Contract(s)
Purchase Agreement
Appearing in agreement. The context:
No claims have been made on the Product of which Party B making due enquiries are aware which if pursued or granted might be material.
As I understand: Party B has done investigation, no claims are found.
Question: what is pursued here, and what is granted? Is it in the sense of "chasing"?

investigated further or conceded
It is a strange sentence construction, with grammatical problems.
However, I understand that whatever claims were found as a result of the enquiries made by Party B, none of them would be material even if investigated further or conceded.
