I am translating a contract of employment between a doctoral candidate and a univeristy and the term 'atto' is often used, and am not sure what single term would work in all cases. I am hesitant to use 'deed' as I link it to real estate, but can it be used here?
Examples of how it is used: 'lo studente ha stipulato una __agreement__, che costituisce atto complementare del presente contratto',
and also 'lo studente è risultato idoneo a seguito della procedura selettiva con atto del ________________, nr.
______- con atto del ___________________nr.______ sono stati approvati gli atti della suddetta selezione'
