To my knowledge, a Kratzputz is a render (max particle size around 3mm; thickness 15 to 20 mm), which can be scratched (structured) with the appropriate tools after stiffening. This creates an open pore surface. I propose the term Scratchable Render.

A Reibeputz is being applied in thin layers ( under 5 mm) with the trowel flat to the substrate, then a plastic dish tool is being used for the rubbing. This creates an even, structured surface, however not as smooth as in a skim coat. I propose the term Rubbable Render.

There is a special sort of Reibeputz is the Rollputz, which contains larger particles, that roll with the trowel when rubbing it, thus creating decorative pits and deep scratches. I propose the term Rolling-Corn Render. In many cases, this type of render is dispersion-modified rather than drymix.

A "Rollputz" is (for me) a dispersion-based "mortar" (it's more a paint with some coarse particles than a mortar). I've looked for some pictures and found these:
