načelo savjesnosti i poštenja

Pojavilo se u jednom dokumentu, poveznica u prilogu (koji je moguće preveo netko od nas ovdje), a po definiciji je to vrlo nalik tome. Pri tome ne kažem da nema i ne treba biti boljeg izraza.
