limited range of motion
As already pointed out, it's a limitation of the wrist's range of motion. Just sticking with "limited range of motion" is just as nonspecific as the silly "vorendgradig", which simply reiterates that the full range of motion of the wrist is limited, without stating by how much.

slightly
It is related to the range of motion and qualifies the adjective "limited". It seems to suggest that the patient can flex the wrist backwards but not quite to the full extent (compared to the patient's left wrist?)
Example sentence:
slightly limited dorsiflexion of the right wrist
