: Los contratos se dividen en cláusulas: primera, segunda, etc. . Las leyes por ej. ley 19550 de Soc. Comerciales se divide en Secciones, y cada sección comprende los artículos de dicha ley.

: Este es un contrato, eski. "Artículo" es correcto para un Código (Civil, de Comercio, Penal) o una Ley, pero no para un contrato. /Lo que dicen tus referencias confirman lo que te mencionaba: son artículos de leyes.
