This is from a settlement agreement between two companies.
My question is about "le valutazioni" in this context. I am not sure if it refers to a quote that the company gave them because there is a quote mentioned for the services of using their printer or if it means something like "a court decision" basically meaning that, in the absence of a court decision, the parties are coming to an amicable settlement of the aforementioned dispute.
Context:
Societa X e Societa Y intendono definire concordemente la controversie regolando i reciproci interessi attraverso il presente atto di transazione;
tutto ciò premesso,
le Parti, senza riconoscimento alcuno circa le valutazioni, i fatti o le dichiarazioni sopra espresse o richiamate, ma al solo fine di addivenire ad una soluzione bonaria della sopra identificata controversia, ai sensi degli artt. 1965 e seguenti del Codice Civile, convengono quanto segue:

I'd say valutazioni here means considerations, assessment
valutazioni in Italian is often used in the sense of analysing a situation, the pros and cons etc..it's qualitative rather than quantitative assessment

I doubt it refers to a court decision, especially since it comes in the triple formulation "valutazioni, i fatti o le dichiarazioni".

The parties are agreeing that they want to reach a settlement, but this will not entail either party accepting the valuations, factual allegations or statements in general or the other party, i.e. they agree to disagree, but want to settle anyway.
I doubt it refers to a court decision, especially since it comes in the triple formulation "valutazioni, i fatti o le dichiarazioni".
