: Same as "security". "Security" is a more legalistic term, "collateral" is more of a finance term. Both are acceptable depending on the context.

E hvala puno na odgovoru, samo sto sam ja na nekoliko mjesta našla "securitization", ali ako je "security" ispravnije onda cu promijeniti.
