regular contributor
I don't think one normally refers to "members" of a TV program(me) in English. You have members of a cast in a drama or series, and you can have members of a panel, but people who take part in a programme on a regular basis are not usually called "members" of the programme, to my mind. Nor do I find "collaborate" natural in this context in English.
"Miembro colaborador" means someone who appears regularly on the programme but is not the main presenter. One commonly refers to "contributors" to a programme in broadcasting, I think. "Miembro" means that the person appears regularly, not just occasionally, though "colaborador", to my mind, tends to imply that he or she is a relatively secondary participant rather than one of the core team of presenters.
An alternative might be to use a verbal phrase: "appears regularly on" or "regularly appears on", though I think that would tend to imply more occasional guest appearances.
"Kelly Osbourne is set to help fans through their problems by becoming a regular contributor to Dr. Phil McGraw's U.S. TV show."

"Rocca was a regular contributor to The Daily Show with Jon Stewart from 1998 to 2003."

"Andrew has presented more television documentaries about art for the BBC than anyone else in the Corporation's history and is a regular contributor to BBC2’s flagship arts programme The Culture Show."

Altogringo
: Definitely the phrase I would use for working with media entities. Use it in my own CV all the time (as free-lance journalist).

Comment: "I think this fits best, as I don't know really to what extent the person is involved in the programme. Thanks for all help"

It could also be this I reckon. Would need more context though.

collaborating presenter
Or contributing presenter, if they actually present a slot on the show.
Could also be "guest presenter"..

I'm thinking of the doctors who turn up on on morning TV in Spain with advice on health matters. A guest host (or guest presenter in the United Kingdom) is a host, usually of a talk show, that stands in for the regular host if they have to deal with a specialist area.

The final choice really depends on what sort of part they take in the show...
