’In the event that a Data Provider or a Third Party notifies XXX that it is of the opinion that performance by XXX of articles 3 and 4 constitutes an unlawful act towards any party, XXX shall within 5 working days decide whether it considers the notice (i) void of grounds, (ii) readily awardable or (iii) subject to debate, and XXX shall perform the following:

(ii) In the event that XXX considers the notice readily awardable, it shall take all required measures to end the unlawful state.’’
