Spanish term

comprendiendo inclusive la eventual liberación de las garantías

Spanish to English Law/Patents Insurance SEGURO DE CAUCIÓN.
CONTEXTO:

Se me dificulta unir la frase "we shall be liable up to..." y..."comprendiendo inclusive...."

We shall be liable up to the total sum insured in said insurance contracts, plus additional charges (interests, taxes, fees, stamp duty taxes, expenses, premiums, costs and any other applicable charge), ........

Gracias de antemano!

and including possible discharge of security given by that Company.

What it means is that the insurer, when paying out on insured goods, must also pay the cost of discharging the security rights for which the property may been used. For example, if the company has mortgaged a building and it is destroyed by fire, then the insurer must pay off the mortgage up to amount for which the building has been mortgaged.

It is important that here 'garantias' means 'security'. It does NOT mean guarantees.

This certainly does not refer to security rights, which are a different concept entirely. This solely refers to guarantees (sureties or deposits if you prefer).
