¿Cuál les parece que es la mejor opción? El texto trata de la utilizacion de la droga Diclofenac.

@ Joseph, But the message is exactly the same, just changed the sentence order/structure (it's cause and effect changed into effect and cause) so that it is more concise and reads more naturally. I don't understand why you say that it is not what the authors wrote, not every translation can be literal.

the franglish version I agree that it sounds very good and clear and well-written. It's just not what the authors wrote. I myself wouldn't make this much of a change from what the source says.

"must be dissolved" ... sería "deben ser disueltos". No es correcto en este caso. Además, yo diría "it was shown" o "it has been shown" en vez de "proved". Y una coma después de "However,"

Just saw the suggestion by franglish come in. I think it strays too far from the original. But agree with "demonstrated" as a good translation, much better than "proved".

The correct is the passive voice "must be dissolved" but it seems that English speakers no longer know how to use it. I suspect that to be the work of grammar checkers in word processors. They tend to point out all occurrences of the passive voice and whoever doesn't know how to use it become frightened and hastily "convert" the verb to the active voice even when the correct use would be passive (as is the presente case in which the Spanish form is pronominal).
