As for the term"chocolate-coated sponge cake with cocoa cream", it was translated to كيكة شيكولاته اسفنجية محشوة بكريمة الكاكاو
The word "coated" was omitted to make the sentence shorter as this is an advertising text. Also, the cake is already displayed on the cake's cover.
