Konsep tanam tumbuh sepertinya banyak dipakai di Kalimantan u/ sistem ladang berpindah. Ada istilah hak tanam tumbuh; saya pikir itu semacam hak untuk melakukan budidaya atau penanaman.

I agree with Erich's explanation. I only suggest 'crop in the ground' as a possible English equivalent in the context of the question - where the issue is compensation. The parties have to reach kesepakatan on the value of the land and the crop which is growing on the land at the time in question. The type of crop and its state of maturity would both have a bearing on the amount of compensation due....
