Not sure if there is any difference between cabrito and cabrito lecha. Can't make any translation sound elegant. Googling kid chops was not very edifying - the first hit is unbelievably for a youtube video called "Kid chops his balls off"!!

: The reference I posted states that some restaurants use "chevon" to avoid goat, but that might seem very mysterious to the reader...
