consulado particular de Chile

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law (general) consular admin.
A document issued by a Chilean Consulate reads: Consulado Particular de Chile en....

What si the difference between consulado general and this one? And, most importantly, how to translate it?

Chilean Consulate

The "particular" distinguishes it from a "consulado general", but doesn't need translating in English.
Peer comment(s):

agree Charles Davis : I agree. If you need to distinguish you can use "Consulate-General" for consulado general, but there's no English term for "particular". It's not the same as an honorary consulate.
