As a postscript, I'll add that the client asked me to translate "Поручитель" as "Surety" (whereas I would have chosen "Guarantor") and "Договор поручительства" as "Suretyship Agreement". It was for a European end-user. You make a good point about being consistent among these related terms.

Security provisions Если Поручитель в тесте переводится как Guarantor, то «terms of guarantee» представляется более логичным вариантом. Но «security» тоже годится, как, впрочем, и «collateral» в некоторых контекстах. При этом я бы не стал привязываться к слову «условия (обеспечения)», т.к. здесь может подразумеваться только отсылка на соответствующие «положения» настоящего Кредитного договора (т.е. «provisions» или «clauses»), регулирующие порядок предоставления такого обеспечения. Следовательно: «said facts and events … shall be deemed as impairing the security (or guarantee, of you’re going with “Guarantor” for “Поручитель”) provisions hereunder…”
