I've asked the customer and received a general response that this expression means:
"technical study which describes the accessibility of the entrance/entry area for physically handicapped persons (non-ability to walk)."

Here's the chunk of text:
"Para llevar a caso este estudio se ha realizado previamente el cálculo de la masa y el c. de gr. tanto de la caja en tara, como de los viajeros."

The expression also appears in various tables above rows of whole numbers.

So, a calculation of a type of mass and the "c. de gr.".

I have no idea what this is.
