cured to perfection

This is how I would say it. It means that the ham is at the point where cured to the optimum degree, and therefore for exactly the right length of time: in other words, cured to perfection. In what is evidently a marketing text ("degustará", "con toda la calidad"), I think "cured to perfection" strikes the right note.
