My attempt:
"The applicable additional premium for voyages to these areas shall be confirmed by the Company automatically by means of the online system or through written inquiry and confirmation, depending on the severity of the countries at war."

Does "trips" and "travels" still make sense in the context of transporting goods? Is there another term used? |

In any case "depending on the severity of the countries at war" makes no sense. I imagine what is meant is "depending on the gravity of the war situation in those countries" or similar.
