It hasn't been written badly as far as I can see and the full sentence is: הופיעה קליניקה של כאבים לוחצים קורנים ליד שמאל בזמן מאמץ גופני. It later states: בהמשך הקליניקה חלפה. Later still there is: לאור הוצאות מיפוי ובהעדר קליניקה - משתחרר כעת לביתו.

Care to post a little bit more of the text? With the little we have to go on, קליניקה doesn't belong. Could it have been written badly and was meant to say that someone who was experiencing (chest?) pressure, went to (showed up at) a clinic?

One more suggestion - do not substitute "signs" with
"symptoms", as people often do.

"Signs vs Symptoms.
