non so chi ha scritto questo testo, ma non credo che sia italiano, ci sono troppi sbagli ed il testo è scombinato. Scodendosi non esiste, per quanto ne so, potrebbe essere scadendosi (nel senso di scaduto), però questo testo è troppo strano.
Altra cosa, è QMIS o QMSI ?
E poi V.S. è Vostra Signoria o Vostra Santità (anche se non credo che sia indirizzato al Papa...)?
