Italian to English Bus/Financial Law: Taxation & Customs cash pooling

Here's the full phrase, from a legal doc. describing a company's cash pooling agreement:

"è prevista l’inesigibilità e l’indisponibilità del saldo fino alla chiusura del conto corrente non bancario intrattenuto tra la società pooler e le consociate."

I have no clue what is being said here and so will not even attempt a translation. Actually, my understanding is that "the balance is both unavailable and so cannot be withdrawn, until the closing of the account maintained between the pooling company and the subsidiaries".
