Registro Mercantil- inscripción de fusión por absorción
Se trata de una certificación emitida por el R.M para inscribir a fusión por absorción de dos mercantiles. El párrafo en concreto dice:
"A los efectos de los dispuesto en el artículo 231 del Reglamento del R.M, se deja constancia de la inexistencia de obstáculos registrales para la inscripción de la fusión, y consecuentemente ha quedado practicada la nota prevista en el citado precepto legal, quedando CERRADA la hoja registral de las citadas sociedades en el plazo provisional de seis meses a contar desde hoy"
Se me ocurre utilizar "completed" para cerrada:
Pursuant to article 231 of the Mercantile Registry Regulations, I hereby certify , there are no obstacles to registration of the merger by dissolution. For the purpose of the aforesaid legal provision, registration is COMPLETED for an interim period of six months counting from today.
