"Sandwiches and Burgers ... Pulled Boar Sandwich ... smoked duck, lettuce, tomatoes, sambal mayo, honey mustard, on multi grain bread, home cut fries or ..."
“Restaurateurs seem to welcome the addition of value-added duck products that allow them to add duck to the menu in unique ways. We have seen chefs use duck in breakfast entrees such as Smoked Duck with Eggs Benedict or smoked duck breast in a ‘DLT’ Sandwich,” adds Thompson.

"Low Budget Vegetarian - Recipes
DLT - Dulse, Lettuce and Tomato - and mediterranean Dulse sandwich
Dulse is probably the easiest seaweed to acquire a taste for. Fried quickly in hot oil, it is crisp and salty, kind of like bacon only better. It is very addicting.
The first sandwich here changes the classic BLT and replaces the bacon with fried crispy dulse. If you used to like BLT you will probably love DLT and end up preferring them.
The second sandwich gives ideas for using dulse in pita bread with vegetables.
dulse, a bunch
canola or other oil for frying
bread or toast
sliced tomato
lettuce, preferably romaine or another heavier one.
mayo or other preferred sandwich spread garnish.
OR...
pita bread
vegies - tomato, scallions, lettuce, cucumber..
Tahini sauce or hummus (see recipes).
Heat a fair amount of oil in a small skillet on medium-high - you are going to do a kind of shallow deep-fry rather than saute. Separate and smooth out the dulse, which often gets bunched up in its packaging. When the oil is hot, add a piece or two of dulse - you will know the oil is hot enough, when the soft purple dulse sizzles and turns a crispy khaki green in about 2-3 seconds. Remove the crispy dulse to a plate with a paper towel to drain. Repeat with the remaining dulse.
Assemble sandwiches. Eat. Make more. Repeat. "

Oui c'est bien ça au vu du contexte. C'est le "dulce" qui me perturbait. Merci! |

S'agirait-il d'un retour au sources de notre bon vieux Ronald ou d'un de ses concurents ?
