German to English Bus/Financial Accounting Cost accounting (manufacturing environment)

This is the term of an overhead allocation method based on machine hours. A formula is used to determine the machine rate which is the sum of the machine's acquisition costs, "Flächenkosten," energy costs and cost of other consumables (water, compressed air), divided by the planned, effective machine hours.

I am just wondering if there is an English equivalent for this method, which is referred to in the German source text as "vereinfachte Platzkostenverrechnung."
