La espironolactona es un medicamento usado como diurético por sus propiedades antagonistas de la aldosterona. La espironolactona es un fármaco sintético derivado de la 17-lactona, el cual es un antagonista competitivo renal de la aldosterona y un diurético ahorrador de potasio. Parece que por ello lo utilizan los culturistas.
Spiro no es la marca, sino que se refiere al principio activo en inglés: spironolactone

It appears to be a brand name, so I would keep it (and capitalise it).
Basically, it is a tablet.

I agree with Cristián, it refers to the tablet of course, but you should leave it in English and capitalized since "Spirotab" is a trademark used for "Spirodex", just as "Viritab" is used for "Viridex" (another product by Gaspari Nutrition). I leave you a couple of links for your reference.
