Concordo que seja o mesmo que "mandado de citação"; porém, creio que o termo mais adequado nesse caso seria "writ of summons".

| Correct. A citation is like a fine, or the piece o paper a cop gives someone who is e.g. speeding. A writ is an order given by the court. But I am not sure about the need of having the word summons... Thank you! |
