are these just redundant words which can be ignored and not translated? Obviously email and domains etc. are a service, but when they speak of upgrading to the new, centralized system, they never use "formou sluzby" for the previous setup but only for the new, centralized one.

Pak tam také může být ten kontext pronájmu, ale když se jedná o centralizovaný network ministerstva, pak je to všechno za jedny státní prachy, pardon, daňové odvody. Takže ta otázka pronájmu nebude klíčová, pokud nebudou účtovat shora (z centra) vlastním pobočkám, oddělením, kancelářím, nebo snad i jednotlivcům. Ale to se mi nezdá pravděpodobné.

I see your point, Mr. Kosman, and it's hard to decide if you can afford to take the risk. The word "service" could be used both in its normal meaning and to refer to a particular form of computer program. Assigning domain names can be a centralized thing, but it does NOT have to be (can be done via /etc/host files on Unix-like systems, for example ). If using the expression is only justified in this case, you might want to keep it elsewhere too, just for the sake of consistency in the list.
I think I wouldn't leave it out -- just to be on the safe side.
The subject of the "<copy>" service is the proper provision of integration platform services. This service is provided from two existing, fully functional and fully replaceable, remote data centers as defined in Annex no. 1 to the Implementation Agreement.

So it seems it is in fact an external service, and redundant at that.
