'veri simile' can be a confusing phrase, as it doesn't mean 'very' - Czech doctors also use 'velmi suspektně' which is actually incorrect, as the more regular form, 'verisimile', in Latin means 'apparently'.
cf. 'verisimilitude' - something that merely seems to be true or real, quality of seeming true
