belonging

Another suggestion. I would prefer "belonging" over ownership as I think ownership refers more to taking ownership of specific issues/areas, whereas belonging refers more to the sense of loyalty the individual feels to their employer and as such I wonder if this might be more relevant in this specific context.

It is also a fairly standard in HR to talk about fostering a sense of belonging among employees, as per references below.

Example sentence:

"They will create a sense of belonging and will harness commitment and talent right across the University" (ref. 1).

"A Shared History Gives a Sense of Belonging" (ref. 2)
