Flush out is when large amounts of outdoor air are forced through a recently completed building for a period of 3 to 90 days so that the majority of pollutant emissions from building materials, finishes, and furnishings can be removed from the building before occupancy.

I know this is an old question, but I was really curious about it...
The closest I could find is:
משתמשי הבניין ייכנסו לסביבה נקייה מחלקיקים וריחות, זאת לאחר "שטיפת אויר" יסודית והחלפת מסנני אויר עפ"י המפרט.

איוורור באמצעות רוח

I believe this expression has the same meaning (as detailed on the link I added)..but I am not an expert in this field
