Spanish to English Other Textiles / Clothing / Fashion Shoes

The document contains all kinds of short descriptions of the material used to make different models of shoes. It mentions "crosta de vitello" and then loads of variations using "vitello" and "crosta" separately:

- crosta de vitello
- piel de vitello
- Crosta afelpada
- Vitello grabado
- Vitello acabado en crosta
- Nappa de vitello
- Crosta laminada con
- Crosta natural de vitello

Etc.

I understand this comes from the Itialian "crosta di vitello" and "vitello" appears to mean calfskin and "crosta" something like "split leather". However, from what I have seen on google, etc. it is unclear to me whether it is correct to use "vitello" and "crosta" in English (like they have done in the Spanish original) and if so, how; or whether I should use "calfskin" (or something else) for "vitello" and "split-leather" (or something else?) for "crosta".
