agree Savvas SEIMANIDIS : ... fiduciaire / D'accord avec Cathy. Ces deux termes sont les plus usuels au Canada francophone - je salue mes amis Québecois ! - tandis qu'en Europe francophone c'est, plutôt, "la mise sous séquestre". Alors, le choix dépend des destinataires...

agree Germaine : In Quebec, selon mon expérience, c'est plutôt "mise en main tierce" ou "entiercement". Mais si le dépôt est fait auprès d'un conseiller juridique, on dira "en fidéicommis" plutôt que "fiduciaire".
