Тако је написано у заглављу документа, а после се само „Release“ јавља у два наврата:
„I have the right to contract in my own name in connection with the rights granted in this Release. I state further that I have read this Release prior to its execution, and I am fully familiar with its contents.“

Ради се о документу којим се даје право да се фотографише, снима итд. нечија имовина.
