Police Report
Hello everyone,
Ok, I understand this has been asked before:
http://www.proz.com/kudoz/hebrew_to_english/law_general/2728...
...the abbreviation is supposed to be "פרטי אירוע" and, as far as I can tell, it's something to do with open cases.
I also found this:
http://www.lawforums.co.il/ObjDoc.asp?PID=133717&OID=443496&...
...where the police are offering to move this guy's record (who got busted for cannabis possession) onto this "פ"א נילון".
So I'm a little confused as to what it means/the best translation.
Not least because if it does refer to open cases of some kind, then they have made it oxymoronic in my sentence:
...Open cases which are closed?
Seest thou my dilemma? :-/
Any and all help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance! :-)

"Until 2003 investigation files only. As of 2004, the table
includes both "investigation files" and "no prosecution files".
In addition, as of 2004 the data include files opened for
offences committed in the Judea and Samaria Areas"
