نورو is a spelling typo and تورسو are correct, I have translated such transcripts a lot and I have a medical transcript in PDF format for a medical student which says تورسو and even some say تورو. it has nothing to do with neuroanatomy. neuroanatomy focuses on nervous system and neck is not an important part of it all to be used in this context. also on the web you can see a lot of examples and even some call it a system:

in anatomy some study head with torso and some study it without torso and this you can also google

in Medical schools in Iran they have a course called آناتومی سر، گردن و بالاتنه یا تورسو you can find instances of the usage of Torso in Persian in http://fa.wikipedia.org/wiki/بحث_الگو:کالبد_انسان

there are many models for the combination of these three parts of the body and if you google "Head-Neck-Torso models" you can see them.
