Discussion

Daryo Oct 12, 2012:
"study residence" could be a good "all purpose" translation. The only ambiguity to avoid is that it could be understood as the legal status of this student - (he's got the right of residence for being a student) while the ST is about the costs of living and other costs.
Lj Popovic (asker) Oct 11, 2012:
So I need a noun phrase (adjective+noun).
Lj Popovic (asker) Oct 11, 2012:
'Campus Europae' website was, naturally, my first option. However, I haven't found anything that would be useful for my translation. Thank you for the suggested translation of the sentence While it might work in this case, it probably would not in the whole translation, since 'studijski boravak' appears several times.
Daryo Oct 11, 2012:
Stating the obvious (or not so obvious?) why not start by looking at the site of "Campus Europae" ?

Study tour

Example sentence:

What is a study tour (overview)? A study tour is a travel experience with specific learning goals. The learning goals of each study tour vary, but are always spelled out in the course syllabus that is distributed to each learner. Study tours emphasize

Note from asker:
Mislim da u ovom slucaju ne bi islo 'study tour', jer student ostaje godinu dana na odredjenom univerzitetu, a 'tour', po mom misljenju, implicira nesto kraci boravak.

This is a very specific case of "studijski boravak", not your usual study trip or visit.
It lasts one year, and the participant is more than just visiting: he becomes a student of that institution for one academic year.

"Predmet ovog Ugovora je sufinansiranje studijskog boravka korisnika sredstava po projektu razmene studenata "Campus Europae" na Univerzitetu XY."
=>
"... the co-financing of the study period for the CE-mover student beneficiary of the student exchange programme "Campus Europae"...

As specified on the Campus Europae website:
"Former European Commissioner Ján Figel’ stated that “Campus Europae = Erasmus +”. What this means is that CE Movers are, for the most part of their administrative workflow and with regard to grant allocation, indistinguishable from Erasmus students. As such, preparing a year abroad with Campus Europae is largely similar to going abroad with Erasmus as far as deadlines and procedures to be respected are concerned."

Studying and working
Campus Europae will offer study-related working places in companies, administrations, hospitals, teaching institutions and NGOs. ...

Students participating will be offered an language courses before the beginning of the academic year through the online language learning module "Hook-Up!"
