Hebrew term

אין לדון על מצב הריאה

Hebrew to English Other Medical: Cardiology
In the interpretation of a chest X-ray, there is a line that reads:
נוזל פלאורלי משמאל ואין לדון על מצב הריאה מאחוריו
I understand it literally, but I think there may be another meaning behind it. Literally it says that there is pleural fluid on the left and "do not discuss the state of the lung behind it". But what is the proper way to translate it in medicalese? Does it mean that from what is seen on the X-ray, one cannot judge the state of the lung behind the fluid?

the status of the lung cannot be commented on

in other words:
cannot say anything about the lung because the pleural fluid is obscuring / distorting / affecting the lung in that area

agree Textpertise : But strictly speaking, I think it would be closer to the original Hebrew to say something like "the state of the lung cannot be judged" or "evaluated" or "assessed" rather than "commented on".
