Gibt es eine schöne Formulierung für "execute the Corporation"? Muss hier im Deutschen überhaupt zwischen execute und represent unterschieden werden? Wäre für mich beides "vertreten bzw. im Namen des Unternehmens zu handeln".

Ich denke, der Text ist vollkommen okay. They are able to execute. They are able to represent the corporation. Nicht "execute the corporation".
D.h. sie sind zeichnungs- und vertretungsberechtigt.
