Pastebėjau, kad parašęs viso sakinio vertimą, nepataisiau atitinkamai pirminio frazės vertimo antraštėje. Turėtų būti: "Iškėlus bet kokį tokį ieškinį, <...> turi teisę dalyvauti gynyboje"

Tačiau pažodinis vertimas būtų „prisidėti prie gynybos ...“. ("Defense" – US spelling. "Defence" – UK spelling.)

Suprantu, jeigu iš atliktų darbų iškils teismas, atsakyti turi paslaugų tiekėjas, o COMPANY X gali prisidėti prie gynybos. Tuo atveju, mano pasiūlyti žodžiai tinka.
