 Recomendar a criação de um grupo de trabalho interinstitucional composto pelo Ministério de Minas e Energia, Ministério do Meio Ambiente, Agência Nacional do Petróleo e Instituto Brasileiro de Petróleo e Gás, com o objetivo de produzir um relatório contendo a identificação das áreas de alto risco resultantes de invasão de faixas de domínio, e uma ordem de prioridade, em função dos níveis de risco que as comunidades estiverem submetidas. Este relatório será encaminhado ao Conselho Nacional do Meio Ambiente - CONAMA para conhecimento do cenário, e posterior deliberação de ações na sua área de competência.
