Dispensers I don't agree with Trsitan's comment below.

I believe 'dispenser' is being (arguably wrongly) used here as 'a container for serving something' — wider than just a serving dish, as it clear includes food preparation as well.

In this sense, I think 'recipient' is the perfect technical term, covering as it does a very wide range of possibilities.

I don't think we should regard 'dispenser' here in the very narrow sense of e.g. a soap / drinks / paper towel dispenser.

I'm thinking of using 'ustensiles' as it can be very general : a 'récipient' can be an 'ustensile' (but the reverse isn't true)

Un "dispenser" correspond à une grande variété de conteneurs différents. Par exemple un flacon doseur (pour sauce), ou un conteneur comme ici : http://www.disgroup.fr/les-produits/materiel/p/1254-petit-co...

Je resterais personnellement sur "conteneur", mais je pense que "dispositif de dosage" peut également faire l'affaire..

Après réflexion, je retire "dispositif de dosage" car tous les "dispensers" ne dosent pas forcément.
Par contre, je pense que vous pourriez également utiliser "dispositif de conservation des aliments".
