This is the answer to a question, but there is no clarification about what the question is. Most of the questions are general ones about utilities services in general, and then some are more specifically regarding to the services of this company. I think that this may relate to a more general theme.

The document is in the form of an Excel spreadsheet. There is not identifiable name to the column, but other answers in the column are: "Proiectant, Administrator, Ingener Mecanic, Director General...". Therefore I presume this is listing job titles, so could the correct target terms be "buyer" or "sales person" ??
